Annual Training

The skills you learn in BCT and AIT are only the beginning of the knowledge and abilities the ARNG will instill in you. Once each year, you will undergo two weeks of additional training unlike anything offered anywhere else. This is AT: Annual Training.

During AT, which is usually held during the summer months, you could travel anywhere from Georgia to Germany. You will have the opportunity to test your unit's abilities against those of other organizations. And you will learn new techniques from other units, while sharing some techniques of your own.

Whether you build roads and schools in Honduras, or help set up a field hospital in Alaska, you will interact with hundreds of other reservists just like yourself, from all walks of life. All the while, you will experience the pride of serving your country.
