Unit Family Action Plan

Welcome to the Army National Guard Family. It is a family with a proud history and rich traditions, which goes back more than 360 years. The Guard takes care of its own. This is one reason why the Army National Guard always stands ready and prepared to meet new challenges. Your State Family Program Coordinator (SFPC) is an important link for readiness and assistance. They will help by providing you with information and services. Each state and territory has a full-time SFPC. In addition, each unit has a family assistance officer or other military point of contact to act as the link with Guard members and families. Your SFPC can help you plan and get organized to care for your family, financial matters, legal situations, and medical requirements. Contact either of these individuals for help in preparing for mobilization.
